Canned Responses are predefined reply templates that can be used to quickly respond. Individual responses can be limited to specific categories.
New Canned Response can be created.
You can also use Live Helpdesk token in the canned response
Step 1
Navigate to Administration > Canned Responses > New Canned Response
Step 2
Specify Title, Category and Message
Step 3
Now, You can quickly reply by typing title of your created canned response in box of Search Canned Response
