Http Post Channel

You can automatically create new tickets by posting to the Post URL

The following URL Parameters are required:

  • PortalID – You can find this value from Host > Site Management
  • ModuleID – Go to Live Campaign Module > Settings Tab and see ModuleId as mid in URL.
  • SecretKey – Specified in Administration > Http Post so only authorized links can add users.
  • Email – The email address that needs to be added to the list.
  • Message - Message of the user.

The following URL Parameters are optional:

  • Full Name - Full Name of the user.
  • Priority - Priority of the user.
  • Category - Category of the user.
  • Subject - Subject of the user.
  • Phone - Phone number of the user.
  • Attachments - File attachments of the user.

Example of minimum required parameters:

http://www.yoursite.com/test/DesktopModules/LiveHelpdesk/Handlers/HttpPost.ashx?portalid=X&moduleid=xxx&secretkey=yourkey&message=yourmessage&[email protected]
