Failover

Live Campaign allows you to configure multiple SMTP Servers for failover. If Live Campaign is unable to connect to a configured SMTP server then it will automatically switch to the next available SMTP Server. You can specify as many servers as you like for backup and redundancy.

Server usage report is available for each campaign to see the mail server usage.

Step 1:

Navigate to Live Campaign module > Administration > Server

Step 2:

Change Connection to Fail Over SMTP

Step 3:

Click on Add New Connection and provide your SMTP Information

Step 4:

Repeat step #2 to add any additional SMTP servers.

Step 5:

Click on Update to apply settings.
