Live Campaign allows you to configure multiple SMTP Servers for load balancing. If multiple SMTP Servers’ are configured, Live Campaign will balance the load between all SMTP Servers’ equally.
For example, if you specify 2 SMTP Servers then each server will be responsible for delivering 50% of the email. Similarly, if you specify 4 SMTP Servers then the load will be balanced equally and each server will be responsible for delivering 25% emails.
Server usage report is available for each campaign to see the actual load balancing.
Step 1:
Navigate to Live Campaign module > Administration > Server
Step 2:
Change Connection to Load Balance SMTP
Step 3:
Click on Add New Connection and provide your SMTP Information
Step 4:
Repeat step #2 to add any additional SMTP servers.
Step 5:
Click on Update to apply settings.
