Integration with Live Exchange

Integrate with Live Exchange to create a new question based on existing issue.

Step 1

Navigate to Live Helpdesk Module > Administrator > Exchange (In integration section) > Click New button of Integration/Exchange > Specify Page/Module from dropdown

Navigate to Live Exchange module > Administration > Helpdesk (In integration section) > click on Enable Integrations / Helpdesk option > Specify Page/Module, Name and Show In Navigation

Now you are ready to create a new question based on existing issue
