Integration with Live Forums to navigate to discussions

Step 1

Navigate to Live Helpdesk module > Administrator > Forums (In integration section) > click on Enable Integration/Forums option > Specify Page/Module  from dropdown

Navigate to Live Forums module > Administration > Helpdesk (In integration section) > click on Enable Integration/Forums option > Specify Page/Module, Name and Show In Navigation

Navigate to Discussions tab and see discussions
