Integration with Live Knowledgebase

Integrate with Live Knowledgebase to quickly copy a issue and create a knowledgebase article from it.

Step 1

Navigate to Live Helpdesk module > Administrator > Knowledgebase (In integration section) > click on Enable Integration/Knowledgebase option > Specify Page/Module from dropdown > Show in Navigation YES

Navigate to Live Knowledgebase module > Administration > Helpdesk (In integration section) > click on Enable Integration/Helpdesk option

Now, You can quickly copy a issue and create a knowledgebase article from it.
