Hello All, We have Live Forms (v4.4.0) module installed with DotNetNuke (v09.01.01) portal site and have run into an issue with mobile devices. We have a multi-step submission for where at the end of the process, we ask clients to upload 3 files (jpg images). Using the File Upload functionality in Live Forms and testing with Safari (v10 and v11) on iPhone (4S to 7) it is not working. Can I shut off the DNN schedule for the Mandeeps Common Library if the only module we're running is the LiveSlider? By default it is set to run every 2 minutes, but I have no idea what it does, or if it is a left-over from a previous HelpDesk installation that has been removed.
Wondering if it's possible to capture an email that the form will get sent to dynamically. We have a custom module built and currently it shows a distributors email address, but we want to update this to have the user click a contact button that takes them to a Live Form. It appears that a link to an anchor on a different page fails to see the anchor. after changing the "target" page to Xcillion Home from Porto3 Home the link to anchor worked.
I have installed the Live Visualizer on our website. We have a Team Registration Live Form that a user would submit their registration and then we have all of the information captured in Live Forms. I am having substantial difficulty with short codes being altered by the DNN editor upon save/reload. It's a brand new DNN 9.5 installation running locally. I have done the recommended changes to the CK Editor config as recommended in the documentation. I've tried also to go back to default editor configuration, nothing seems to help. First issue: When creating an article in the Live Knowledgebase extension, the HTML Editor for the article content does not show. That is beacuse LK expects the url to be in DNN Url Provider format (e.g. domain.com/page/sub-page/key/value/), and not in the format that Url Adapter uses (e.g. domain.com/page/sub-page?key=value). and because of that the resulting URL for the HTML Editor with Url Adapter installed is: domain.com/page/sub-page?ctl=DNN_Controls_HtmlEditor/mid/4516?popUp=true instead of domain.com/page/sub-page?ctl=DNN_Controls_HtmlEditor&mid=4516&popUp=true Note the "/"-es in the query string and the double "?". Hi, We are trying to make an upgrade from porto 3 to porto 5 on our website. We arrive on the upgrade page with this message : "Thank you for upgrading to Porto 5 Porto will automatically upgrade your existing site ... " But when we click on the Upgrade button the same page is simply reloaded without any error or validation message and we have no access to any other admin page since we are automatically redirected to this porto upgrade page. Is there a way to assign a submissions/transaction ID # to each submission automatically when they are submitted? We are wanting to have this be a field that we could use a token within a confirmation auto reply email back to the person submitting the information, so that if there was any followup they could have a reference number that we could track any future correspondents back to the original submission. There may be another way to do this that I am not considering so open to options or ideas. Thanks!

When we use the file upload token for our field, we only get the generated file click link which does not reference the actual file name (eg. Hello, I was looking to see if I can access the submission id to store via SQL and it was mentioned that the SubmissionID was tokenized in Live Forms version 1.1 but what is the format of the token to access it?
